Your creations are private to your account.

This policy explains how Apex: AI Car Photo Video Maker (“Apex”) handles information when you use the iOS app. The data controller is Fırat Onurcan Polat, reachable at firat_p@hotmail.com.

Information we process

Account information supplied through Sign in with Apple, such as an Apple-provided user identifier, name and email or private-relay email.
Photos, videos, vehicle details, prompts and creation settings you submit.
Generated images and videos, generation status and credit balance.
App Store purchase and entitlement information needed to grant purchases and restore access. Apex does not receive your full payment-card details.
Device identifiers needed for authentication, fraud prevention, App Check and notifications; plus product interaction, diagnostic and crash data.

Why we process it

We process this information to authenticate you, create and store requested media, train a private reusable profile for your vehicle, deliver purchases, prevent abuse, send requested service notifications, provide support and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Apex uses Apple for sign-in and payments; Google Firebase for authentication, cloud storage, database, server functions, notifications, analytics, App Check and crash reporting; RevenueCat for purchase and entitlement management; Meta for optional advertising measurement; and fal.ai-hosted AI services to process submitted inputs and produce requested media. These providers process only the information needed to deliver their services under their own contractual and security obligations.

Advertising measurement and tracking choices

After you receive your first result, Apex may ask whether you want to allow advertising measurement. If you continue, iOS presents Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. Meta measurement remains disabled unless both you and iOS authorize it. If authorized, Apex may send limited events such as onboarding completion, first result view, paywall view and checkout start to Meta. Purchase and subscription events are sent to Meta from RevenueCat's server integration so they are not duplicated by the app. Apex does not send your prompts, photos, generated media, name or email in these advertising events.

You can deny the request without losing app features and can change the iOS tracking permission later in Settings. Apex can also disable this measurement remotely. Deleting your account clears the app's local advertising-measurement consent state and its RevenueCat-to-Meta attribution identifier.

Storage, retention and transfers

Account data, vehicle references and creations are retained while your account or the relevant content remains active, unless a longer period is required for security, dispute resolution or law. Temporary provider inputs and outputs are configured for limited retention where supported. Cloud providers may process data in countries outside yours, using the transfer safeguards available under applicable law.

Your choices and rights

You can delete a car or creation in the app. To permanently delete your account and associated cloud data, use Profile → Delete Account. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object to certain processing, by emailing firat_p@hotmail.com. You may complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

Apex is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

Security and changes

We use access controls, private per-account storage rules, encrypted network transport and abuse protections. No system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service or law changes and will post the current date here.
