These terms govern your use of Apex: AI Car Photo Video Maker. By using Apex, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

Your account and content

You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your Apple Account secure, and be legally able to accept these terms. You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Apex a limited license to host, process and transform that content only to operate, secure and improve the service and fulfill your requests.

Acceptable use

You may submit only content you own or are authorized to use. Do not use Apex to violate law or third-party rights; impersonate or deceive; create abusive, sexually exploitative or dangerous material; probe or bypass security; automate abusive traffic; reverse engineer protected service components; or resell access without written permission.

AI results

AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent or similar to other output. Review it before use. Apex does not guarantee that a result is unique, error-free or suitable for a particular commercial, legal or safety-critical purpose.

Purchases, subscriptions and credits

Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the price and terms shown before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Consumable credits are used for eligible generation requests; failed renders are automatically released or refunded under the in-app rules. Except where law or Apple policy requires otherwise, completed consumable-credit use is not refundable.

Availability and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or improve the service. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service. You may stop using Apex and delete your account in Profile at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
